Dipl.-Päd. Erbil Yilmaz

Erbil Yilmaz, born in Karlsruhe, Germany (1979) studied educational science at the Otto-Friedrich-University Bamberg with the main emphasis on andragogy and received his degree in May 2004. In 2006, he worked as a research scientist at the "Forschungsinstitut Betriebliche Bildung" (f-bb), Nuremberg (project section: education and educational planning). Since November 2006, he is working as a research scientist in the BiKS add-on project "Competence Developments and Educational Decisions of Primary School Age Children with Migration Background" at the Department of Sociology I, Otto-Friedrich-University Bamberg. His research interests are in education, migration, social inequality, and qualitative research.
